We’ll start by finding out exactly what you’re looking for – your dream property, and your ideal budget.

(We’ll also help you to make sure you’re ready to buy. And if you need it, we can put you in touch with our vetted mortgage advisors, surveyors, and solicitors.)

Once you’ve told us what you’re looking for, we’ll provide you with a tailored service proposal to find your ideal new property.

But we won’t just search through our own properties. We’ll introduce you to any property from any agent (or developer) that’s a good fit for what you need.

And through our network of contacts, we’ll even send you properties that might not be advertised on the open market!

We’ll handle all of the back-and-forth between agents and developers, so we can get you into your viewings as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

We’ll be right by your side at all of your viewings, giving you the insider knowledge (and professional eyes) you need to spot any problems and get all the details.

We’ll also be ready to step in and ask the right questions on your behalf, so you can be sure you’re covered before you move forward.

Once you’ve found the right property, we’ll dig into the research you need to make the right offer.

We’ll use our own in-house data (as well as data from Rightmove Plus, the agency-only LonRes, Zoopla Pro, and OnTheMarket Extra) to give you a comprehensive report of recent sales and prices in the area.

If you’re happy with the property and the results of our research, we’ll help you get ready to put forward an offer. You’ll get expert advice on how much to offer, as well as how to present that offer in the best light.

We can then negotiate on your behalf to get the best possible terms for your property.

(Or if you prefer, you can speak with the seller directly while we advise you – it’s up to you how active you want to be!)

Once your offer is agreed, we’ll guide you through the final few steps, attending any extra viewings with you and making arrangements with your mortgage brokers, solicitors, and the sellers to make sure everything goes through smoothly.

(If the sale doesn’t work out, we’ll carry on with your property search at no extra cost.)

At your request, we can hold onto your keys for you – and even organise decorators and designers to work on the property until you’re ready to move in.
